INroads combines weekly one-on-one coaching sessions with a monthly peer group meeting to provide entrepreneurs and business owners assistance with starting and/or growing a business for a modest investment.  INroads is a 12-month program consisting of:

• Monthly peer group session of 2 - 3 hours addressing a specific program topic.

• Monthly one-on-one coaching session of 1 – 2 hours, which will address your specific areas of need or concern.

• Weekly telephone and/or email consultations of 30 – 45 minutes.
